This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee the laboratory components of clinical trial projects from the award phase through to start-up, ongoing maintenance, and final closeout.
β’ Ensure that protocol requirements are fully understood and effectively implemented.
β’ Facilitate protocol and budget reviews, lead start-up meetings, and execute project and risk management plans.
β’ Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, and budgets, including conducting trend analysis, managing scope changes, and processing change orders.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for sponsors.
β’ Lead client communications, meetings, address issues, and manage escalation processes.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams to eliminate study-related obstacles.
β’ Supervise the creation of protocol-specific laboratory instructional documents and maintain laboratory specifications.
β’ Assist in the development of proposals and preparation for bid defenses.
β’ Establish sponsor- or program-specific standards and procedures.
β’ Document lessons learned and promote continuous improvement across various projects and programs.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, including study setup, method validation or transfer, or client programs.
β’ Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and equivalent company systems in a project delivery context.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities.
β’ Familiarity with Lab Trial Management Systems (LTMS).
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Good command of English and knowledge of clinical research terminology.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
β’ Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
