This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of programs within ICF's West Region portfolios.

• Lead and manage a team of direct reports, primarily consisting of Energy Specialists.

• Facilitate project delivery, strategize development, and drive market expansion.

• Create comprehensive strategies across various portfolios and adjust staffing in response to workload variations.

• Establish and maintain best practices for performance tracking, invoicing, project evaluations, and client deliverables.

• Direct the team's quality and performance to ensure timely and precise project reviews.

• Manage program-level reporting, invoicing, forecasting, KPI monitoring, performance management, validation of deliverables, quality assessments, and creation of corrective action plans.

• Organize and support internal and external team meetings using both quantitative and qualitative data; facilitate meetings and document action items.

• Oversee rebate processing and guarantee prompt payments to customers and subcontractors.

• Produce deliverables for regulatory filings, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate inputs and necessary approvals for portfolios.

• Maintain shared files, resources, program documents, workflow documents, and process guides.

• Develop performance forecasts and trend analysis at the portfolio level.

• Draft and compile client program awards and ensure accurate program promotions with the marketing team.

• Ensure programs meet performance expectations and clarify any forecasted variances.

• Present performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Review and authorize substantial projects and those that exceed incentive thresholds.

• Manage IT/reporting requirements and assist with JIRA ticketing.

• Address subcontractor requests and support monthly data verification.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures by internal team members.

• Manage team workload and modify staffing strategies as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone to be considered; preference will be given to applicants from Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required (alternatively, one year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education).

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program operations, business analysis, financial analysis, reporting, analytics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the utility market, particularly in energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets.

• Relevant certifications in operational excellence, such as PMP or Six Sigma, and/or industry-specific certifications like LEED, BPI, or RESNET.

• Experience in project management.

• Proficient with Power BI or comparable data visualization tools, Power Automate, and Excel macros.

• Expertise in program implementation, operations management, and performance tracking across multiple portfolios.

• Skills in team leadership, coaching, employee development, and performance management.

• Experience in business process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational documentation.

• Competence in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and KPI management.

• Knowledge in project management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with IT coordination, systems support, and workflow management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
