This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and rollout of National Field Programs, activation window initiatives, and local marketing strategies.

• Create and implement communication plans for franchisees and internal teams, which include activation calls, training materials, launch notifications, and program updates.

• Organize the development, collection, management, and distribution of program toolkits, playbooks, one-sheeters, creative assets, and field marketing resources.

• Collaborate with approved agencies and internal stakeholders to create marketing materials and creative assets.

• Act as the primary business partner for HubKonnect and the Local Store Marketing ecosystem, providing support, training, and coordination.

• Upload, maintain, and share marketing assets, promotions, program materials, and resources for system-wide accessibility and utilization.

• Oversee training, communication, and assistance for field marketing platforms and resources.

• Create presentations, updates, materials, activation recaps, and after-action reviews.

• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, performance summaries, participation metrics, and program insights.

• Assist in the implementation of new processes, tools, and field marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate asset distribution, training resources, platform updates, and program deployment requirements across various teams.

• Address local media requests, fundraising platform initiatives, and field marketing support inquiries.

• Supervise the upkeep of marketing resources, content libraries, assets, and platform materials.

• Serve as a key contact for franchisees, field teams, agency partners, and vendors regarding National Field Programs and Local Store Marketing resources.

• Collaborate across functions to support field marketing projects and business objectives.

• Offer recommendations concerning program deployment, communications, process enhancements, field resources, and optimization opportunities.

• Approve routine communications, training materials, and operational processes within set guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, franchise marketing, local marketing, brand marketing, or a related area.

• Proven experience managing multi-market marketing programs and initiatives.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with franchisees, operations, vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various stakeholder groups.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in developing communications, presentations, training materials, creative assets, and marketing resources.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.

• Capable of working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

• Preferred experience in supporting field marketing programs within the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise industry.

• Familiarity with HubKonnect, Local Store Marketing platforms, loyalty programs, CRM tools, or related marketing technologies is preferred.

• Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and program reporting is preferred.

• Background working with agencies, media partners, promotional vendors, or creative partners is preferred.
