📋 Description

• Develop and sustain product and business fact bases by analyzing product performance, cost structures, value chain drivers, market dynamics, and competitive insights.

• Perform cost, value, financial, and business analyses, which include cost breakdowns, benchmarking, trade-off evaluations, and assessments of business models.

• Discover opportunities for value creation, growth, partnerships, and investments across various products and portfolios.

• Generate decision-ready insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Facilitate product roadmaps and strategic initiatives by overseeing project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track market, industry, competitive, and technology trends while providing actionable insights.

• Promote governance and execution excellence through performance monitoring, reporting, issue escalation, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial, digital, supply chain, or strategy roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills to integrate large data sets, develop intuitive visualizations, and extract insights.

• Proficiency in crafting executive-ready written summaries, visualizations, PowerPoint presentations, and analytical reports.

• Program operations expertise to manage ownership tracking, meeting/action management, and written synthesis.

• Financial and business acumen, including an understanding of P&L, CAPEX, cash flow, and the implications of cross-functional decisions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another analytical field is preferred.
