Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services – RN, LCSW, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise the execution of healthcare management services within the designated functional area.

• Ensure that policies and procedures align with regulatory and accreditation requirements, including NCQA and URAC.

• Establish and oversee the application of best-practice strategies and innovations throughout the continuum of care.

• Act as a bridge between essential business areas.

• Manage resources tasked with member identification, care-plan formulation, medical appropriateness, quality of care, and documentation and monitoring of care.

• Take on an assigned caseload when necessary.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and Account Teams, which includes participation in client meetings and onboarding of new customers.

• Evaluate developmental needs and implement action plans to support high-performing teams.

• Foster collaboration, cross-product integration, and a continuum-of-care mindset.

• Drive change initiatives and act as a change leader.

• Work alongside licensed staff to oversee the activities of clinical staff and licensed personnel.

• Guide the team on practice standards, quality of intervention, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must hold an active and unrestricted LCPC, LCSW, or RN license in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare environment is required.

• At least 1 year of management experience is necessary.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managed care is required.

• Familiarity with regulations, standards, and policies related to medical management is essential.

• A bachelor’s degree in health or human services or a related field is mandatory.

• Certification as a Case Manager (CCM) is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
