This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Supervise the Integrated Care Management (ICM) and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) healthcare case management teams.
• Advance initiatives aimed at fostering high-performing health service teams.
• Collaborate with Health Services managers to maintain consistency and precision in clinical interventions.
• Execute tasks that support financial, operational, and quality goals.
• Act as a vital resource for healthcare members regarding government, state, local, and legal initiatives, including COBRA, EMTALA, and Medicare regulations.
• Develop and maintain Clinical Health Services policies, procedures, action plans, initiatives, and strategies.
• Offer application expertise to Health Services account managers to aid in client retention and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with patient resources, divisional management, Clinical Education, and other departments to assess performance initiatives and suggest training.
• Execute change management plans for new or enhanced initiatives.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical work experience.
• Active and unrestricted relevant license/certification in your state of residence: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• An Associate's Degree is REQUIRED.
• Strong advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent advanced collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• A strong growth mindset.
• Proficient in execution and delivery.
• Competence in evaluating the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
• High level of digital literacy.
• Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
• A quiet, secure, and private designated home workspace that complies with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines.
• Ability to operate multiple monitors and navigate various applications.
• Proficient in communicating via email, calendar invites, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or comparable Google Workspace applications.
• Capability to access secure systems such as VPN and EHR portals while adhering to security practices.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot common technical issues.
