Associate, Key Account Management – Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of key merchants, fostering enduring relationships while enhancing profitability and revenue.

• Engage with significant merchants about merchant-funded promotional programs, partnerships, new product offerings, and features.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and potential challenges related to merchant activities, providing effective solutions.

• Analyze data to formulate strategies aimed at boosting account profitability and revenues in alignment with national objectives.

• Execute business improvement initiatives that generate value for both merchants and Grab.

• Assess strategic and partnership opportunities through both quantitative and qualitative evaluations.

• Work collaboratively across departments to address merchant-specific requirements, including tailored reporting, marketing assistance, and integrations.

• Partner with merchants and operations teams effectively.

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer preferences within the F&B sector.

• Collect feedback to enhance skills and performance.

• Coordinate with merchants and various departments to advance services within the Grab ecosystem, including omnichannel strategies and GrabMart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with the food delivery sector and e-commerce market trends.

• Proven experience in establishing communication and engagement with potential clients.

• Background in the food delivery or e-commerce industries is preferred.
