Associate International Product Manager – Sequencing System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of a comprehensive global strategy for the AXELIOS 1 Platform.

• Define and guide both short-term execution and long-term vision for the AXELIOS 1 Platform.

• Collect, refine, and prioritize essential product requirements across both established and potential customer segments.

• Establish operational frameworks for New Product Introductions, manage on-market portfolio maintenance, and create end-of-life obsolescence strategies.

• Lead evaluations of business cases, conduct business reviews, and perform demand forecasting for both instruments and consumables.

• Design and implement global training frameworks, field guides, and sales tools.

• Collaborate with international affiliates and downstream marketing to tailor messaging, pricing structures, and promotional calendars.

• Monitor emerging NGS methodologies, track vendor landscapes, and perform competitive benchmarking.

• Synthesize field intelligence and customer insights to enhance product messaging, promote platform adoption, and improve product lifecycles.

• Work closely with R&D, Bioinformatics, Software, Finance, and Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Business, or a related technical field.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in product management within the life sciences, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Experience with next-generation sequencing is an advantage.

• Background in product lifecycle management, including new product development, operational support for existing products, and strategies for product obsolescence.

• Ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering formal presentations.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to proactively co-create solutions with key stakeholders.

• Position can be located anywhere in the US.
