This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Assist in the administration of class action settlement projects from start to finish.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams, legal representatives, clients, and vendors to ensure projects remain on track.
β’ Maintain project plans, monitor milestones, and help meet deadlines.
β’ Generate reports, organize project documentation, and oversee deliverables.
β’ Utilize Microsoft Excel to structure, analyze, and verify project data.
β’ Aid in settlement distributions, conduct quality control, and prepare reports.
β’ Recognize potential challenges and communicate them to project managers.
β’ Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvement.
β’ Deliver professional and responsive service to clients.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and working with extensive datasets.
β’ Experience with formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables is preferred.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Willingness to learn about class action settlement administration.
β’ Prior experience in internships, administrative roles, project coordination, legal support, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
