This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Manage international grants and collaborate with the Grant Management Office throughout the entire grant lifecycle.

• Assist international partners, maintain grant documentation, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and donor expectations.

• Oversee grant reporting and program communications, which includes project summaries, impact narratives, and updates.

• Supervise financial processes related to grants and programs, encompassing budget tracking, payment coordination, and financial reporting.

• Work in conjunction with Finance and Accounting to guarantee responsible management of resources.

• Aid in the implementation of international disaster response and recovery programs, including progress tracking, outcome assessment, and strategic engagement opportunities.

• Foster and enhance relationships with international partners and PC(USA) ministries.

• Represent Presbyterian Disaster Assistance in meetings, training sessions, and partner interactions.

• Provide operational assistance to promote the objectives and mission of the International Program.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 2–4 years of experience in a programmatic role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with other relevant software.

• Familiarity with PC(USA) and its organizational structure is beneficial.

• Proficiency in one or more languages other than English is a plus.

• A service-oriented mindset, including the ability to anticipate needs and follow through promptly and thoroughly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative, proactive decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to remain composed in uncertain situations and identify areas requiring special attention following changes.

• Effective resource stewardship and the ability to monitor expenses for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Intercultural competence and the ability to cultivate an inclusive environment.

• Physical ability to see, hear, speak, type, write, walk, stand, bend, and lift.

• Capability to communicate verbally in person and via technology and to use a computer for extended periods.

• Proficient in communicating via telephone, Zoom, and other digital technologies.

• Ability to read and comprehend written materials.

• Competence in communicating appropriately in a church office setting.
