Associate Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, issue, and oversee R&D or project-specific Purchase Orders utilizing SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.

• Assist in the onboarding of new vendors.

• Address and resolve PO discrepancies, including issues related to specifications and shipments.

• Revise payment terms in accordance with the defined scope of work.

• Manage the processing of Ariba invoices.

• Input invoice data into SAP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; OR an associate’s degree coupled with 4 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination; OR a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination.

• Practical experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems.

• Knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.

• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing sectors is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to think strategically.
