Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Execute the installation, troubleshooting, and technical upkeep of hardware and software products, primarily at client locations.

• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleanings, service tasks, and minor product repairs within the designated territory.

• Assess equipment to ensure optimal operation, addressing issues or escalating them in accordance with established protocols.

• Oversee service scheduling and finalize necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and a clear understanding of product functionalities.

• Manage incident resolution and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions using diagnostic tools.

• Carry out component-level hardware repairs.

• Clean and adjust mechanical parts as needed.

• Configure and install relevant software applications.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular checks.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R).

• Provide education and training to customers on the installed hardware and software.

• Attend periodic training sessions for hardware and software.

• Engage in activities aimed at achieving agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in designated special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent professional experience is required.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Proficiency in the Italian language is essential.

• English communication skills are an advantage.

• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
