Associate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for systems.

• Assist clients in effectively utilizing ESI equipment.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers facing production issues.

• Deliver technical support and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Execute daily assignments following established procedures and communicate outcomes.

• Adhere to standard operating protocols and safety regulations.

• Provide customers with guidance during after-sales technical support.

• Manage and resolve assigned responsibilities independently under supervision.

• Collaborate with clients, the local service team, and ESI Technical Support to address technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in electronics system maintenance.

• A college diploma in electronic engineering or equivalent.

• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and ensure follow-through.

• Ability to perform under pressure, with flexible hours and overtime when necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to adapt to frequent travel and irregular hours.

• Proficient in English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• A background check and drug screening may be performed in line with applicable laws and company policies.

• Some positions may necessitate eligibility for access to controlled goods and technologies under export control regulations.
