Associate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Perform onsite system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Assist clients in ensuring smooth operation of ESI equipment.

• Act as the initial point of contact for customer production issues.

• Deliver service aimed at achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

• Execute daily tasks using established processes and communicate outcomes effectively.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Offer after-sales technical support to customers.

• Serve as the main contact when production lines face challenges.

• Independently manage and resolve assigned duties under supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in electronics system maintenance.

• Minimum of a college diploma in electronic engineering.

• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through effectively.

• Capacity to work under pressure.

• Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime when necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with computer applications is essential.

• Fluent in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Ability to adapt to frequent travel and non-standard working hours.
