Associate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Execute on-site system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Assist clients in utilizing ESI equipment efficiently.

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers regarding production issues.

• Deliver services aimed at achieving optimal customer satisfaction.

• Carry out daily tasks following established processes and communicate outcomes.

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Provide after-sales technical support to customers.

• Independently manage and resolve assigned tasks with guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in electronics system maintenance.

• A minimum of a college diploma in electronic engineering.

• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Capable of prioritizing and following through on tasks effectively.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours and overtime when necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work non-standard hours.

• Proficient in English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
