Associate Experience Design Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the development and implementation of user research initiatives, which include usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and diary studies.

• Recruit, assess, and arrange participants for research activities.

• Gather and systematize both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Evaluate research results and assist in deriving significant insights.

• Work in partnership with designers, product managers, and developers to convert insights into actionable advice.

• Aid in the creation of research documents, reports, and presentations.

• Keep abreast of trends, tools, and best practices in UX research.

• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Currently pursuing or has completed a bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, Information Science, or a related discipline, or possesses a combination of education and professional experience.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Curiosity, empathy, and a strong desire to learn.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Lyssna, HeyMarvin, Figma, or research platforms (e.g., User Testing, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop).

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

• Proficiency in creating basic research deliverables (personas, journey maps, slide presentations).
