Associate, Enterprise Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and execution of change experiences and implement change activities for designated initiatives or workstreams.

• Coordinate key milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful adoption.

• Create communications, learning materials, presentations, engagement activities, toolkits, change champion networks, and other strategies for adoption.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, streamline routine change tasks, improve content development, and experiment with delivery methods.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure change deliverables align with initiative priorities.

• Monitor readiness, employee experience, engagement, adoption, and other pertinent metrics.

• Convert data and feedback into actionable insights and document lessons learned.

• Contribute ideas and feedback to refine team practices and develop the Genesys Way of Change.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational change management, employee communications, or learning and enablement.

• Knowledge of established organizational change methodologies, tools, and practices.

• Experience in supporting or delivering change activities for business, technology, organizational, or enterprise initiatives.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Proven experience in developing communications, learning materials, presentations, engagement activities, or enablement experiences.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a background in managing project plans, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.

• Capability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively and credibly with immediate stakeholders and project team members.

• Experience in gathering feedback and using qualitative or quantitative data to assess readiness, employee experience, engagement, or adoption.

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and willingness to utilize AI-enabled tools.

• A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Must be based in the US for work location.
