Associate, Enterprise Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and development of change experiences while executing change activities for designated initiatives or workstreams.

• Organize milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to facilitate successful adoption.

• Create communications, learning materials, engagement activities, presentations, toolkits, change champion networks, and various other adoption strategies.

• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, streamline routine change tasks, improve content development, and explore more effective delivery methods.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment of change deliverables with broader initiative priorities.

• Monitor readiness, employee experience, engagement, adoption, and other pertinent metrics.

• Transform data and feedback into actionable insights and document lessons learned.

• Convey ideas, feedback, and lessons learned to enhance team practices and advance the Genesys Way of Change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in organizational change management, employee communications, or learning and enablement.

• Understanding of established organizational change methodologies, tools, and practices.

• Experience in supporting or delivering change activities for business, technology, organizational, or enterprise initiatives.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of translating complex information into clear and engaging content for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in developing communications, learning materials, presentations, engagement activities, or enablement experiences that facilitate adoption and behavior change.

• Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing project plans, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.

• Proven track record of building productive relationships and communicating effectively and credibly with immediate stakeholders and project team members.

• Experience in gathering feedback and utilizing qualitative or quantitative data to assess readiness, employee experience, engagement, or adoption.

• Interest in AI and emerging technology, with a willingness to utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance personal productivity and the quality of change delivery.

• A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, with a desire to deepen expertise in enterprise change management.
