This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee dispatch operations during afternoons (17:00–22:30), weekends (08:00–22:30), and public holidays (08:00–22:30)
• Organize, update, and manage technician schedules
• Engage in technician onboarding processes
• Provide clerical and administrative support with efficiency and precision
• Understand, interpret, and implement organizational policies, rules, and regulations
• Maintain and systematically organize document files
• Support colleagues with office tasks as needed
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor or manager
• Work remotely
• Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
• Capability to resolve issues and work autonomously
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Experience in administration and dispatch is advantageous
• Good telephone etiquette and dispatch experience are beneficial
