This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, oversee, and enhance the comprehensive Intismeran treatment journey process architecture.
• Establish workflows, stakeholder interactions, handoffs, controls, decision points, governance frameworks, and process documentation.
• Act as the commercial business owner for treatment journey workflows and operational requirements.
• Convert business needs into scalable process designs, system requirements, and implementation priorities.
• Facilitate process integration across treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing and logistics partners, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal functions.
• Create operational governance, escalation pathways, and issue resolution processes.
• Identify, triage, and resolve issues related to vendors, manufacturing, logistics, sequencing, and treatment sites that impact therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with Treatment Site Strategy, TSL Field Organization, Operations, and IT to enhance treatment site experiences and workflows.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Work alongside Digital and IT teams to advance orchestration platform capabilities, workflows, business rules, reporting, and user experiences.
• Report to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
• Background in commercial organizations that support commercial operations, business operations, or treatment site operations.
• Proven success in designing and optimizing complex cross-functional operating models.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across various internal functions and external partners.
• Proficiency in developing process architectures, workflow designs, governance frameworks, escalation pathways, and operational controls.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence both internal stakeholders and external partner organizations.
• Strong skills in process improvement and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Competency in influencing without direct authority and driving alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and execute in dynamic launch or transformation environments.
• Preferred: experience in commercializing complex therapies, such as cell therapy, gene therapy, or radioligand therapy.
• Preferred: familiarity with treatment journey orchestration platforms, customer support systems, workflow technologies, case management solutions, or operational control towers.
• Preferred: experience in establishing governance structures and cross-functional operating models.
