Associate Director – Strategy & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute defined Options Travel strategies and initiatives from planning through to measurable outcomes.

• Provide results reporting to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

• Establish the rhythm and coordination between Sales, Operations, the online booking tool (OBT), Account Management, and Accounting.

• Act as the primary liaison for Options–Engine on a daily basis once the online booking tool is operational.

• Address issues and facilitate solutions, pricing adjustments, and technology requirements.

• Manage Options Travel contracts and collaborate with Engine legal counsel to ensure agreements are updated and progressing.

• Directly engage with clients to resolve issues and support retention and growth efforts.

• Identify and implement processes that enhance scalability and operational effectiveness.

• Assist with partner-network and global-fulfillment initiatives as necessary.

• Collaborate across division leaders through influence and operational cadence as an individual contributor without initial direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel / TMC operations or strategy & operations.

• 2–3 years in a senior operational or leadership role.

• Proven history of translating strategy into executed outcomes within a dynamic, scaling business environment.

• Strong ability to coordinate across functions and align with senior stakeholders without direct authority.

• Decisive and creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving tasks to completion.

• Comfortable in client-facing scenarios and representing the business externally.

• Proficient in modern technology and operational tools.

• Excellent communication skills with a capability for setting clear expectations.

• Expertise in corporate travel.
