This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Lead, oversee, and enhance specialty pharmacy and IDN operations within the Market Access and Trade team.
• Manage dispensing operations to increase patient access and adherence, delivering an exceptional experience for both patients and prescribers.
• Collaborate with teams from Patient Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access.
• Engage with external stakeholders in program operations and assess data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cultivate an understanding of the NASH disease state, Rezdiffra clinical data, and commercialization strategies.
• Monitor the performance of Specialty Pharmacy and IDN against contractual commitments.
• Implement specialty pharmacy services, enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain program documentation, scripting, and collateral through legal and regulatory review processes.
• Assess specialty pharmacy vendor performance in conjunction with operations and data analytics teams.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews, prepare relevant materials, communicate vendor expectations, and identify strategic insights.
• Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Patient Access to enhance specialty pharmacy programs.
• Develop and convey messages to both internal and external channel partners.
• Oversee operational plans, budgets, expenses, and timelines.
• Create and uphold policies, procedures, and business rules for distribution programs.
• Report program-level KPIs and outcomes to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional change management and address complex projects.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, quality, and compliance with market access and channel laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy is preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the biopharma or related industry.
• 3–5 years of customer/vendor management experience within the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks is required.
• Capability to derive insights from data trends to enhance program performance.
• Experience with pre-launch drugs and the introduction of new products is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional written, organizational, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
