This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a deep understanding of Specialty Care’s P&L mechanics and financial drivers to pinpoint sustainable growth, revenue optimization, and gross margin enhancement opportunities.
• Act as the main financial and operational partner to department leadership.
• Convert unit economics and margin drivers into actionable strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and oversee comprehensive execution.
• Manage clinical operations functions while aligning with strategy and operations.
• Integrate AI into operational and clinical workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and scenario modeling.
• Create and manage capacity and workforce planning models.
• Define, monitor, and maintain operational metrics specific to Specialty Care.
• Establish quality program frameworks, execution schedules, and operational standards in collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Directly oversee, mentor, and develop members of the operations team.
• Report to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for Specialty Care.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting, with at least 3 years in a scaling or high-growth startup setting.
• Expertise in P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics.
• Demonstrated success in translating financial mechanics into operational execution.
• Experience in directly managing or closely partnering with clinical operations to develop and scale care execution roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Practical knowledge of integrating AI and modern analytical tools into business processes.
• Experience in developing workforce planning, staffing, or capacity models.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with navigating raw data.
• Experience in people management, including coaching and setting performance expectations.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions based on incomplete information.
• Excellent written and executive communication skills.
• Ability to thoughtfully utilize AI tools, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and enhance AI fluency.
