This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and guide a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, focusing on workload distribution, prioritization, coaching, and performance enhancement.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate client and technical issues.
• Manage strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and facilitate audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects for Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Offer hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design and provide guidance on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Convert complex technical insights into straightforward recommendations for both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review strategist outputs for technical accuracy and strategic quality prior to delivering to clients.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to pinpoint expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in scoping, solution design, and discussions regarding new business for Revenue Operations opportunities.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice expands.
• Monitor project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team.
• Work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to lead the RevOps team and manage complex client engagements.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or formal leadership experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Extensive hands-on administration and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Pardot/Account Engagement certification is highly preferred, or at least 2–3 years of hands-on Pardot implementation and administration experience.
• Strong practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
• Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Proven capability to lead senior-level client discussions and translate technical challenges into business solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and navigate challenging conversations effectively.
• Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical implementation.
• Previous agency experience is strongly preferred; experience in consulting or professional services is also highly relevant.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are preferred.
• Experience working within both Salesforce and HubSpot environments for B2B organizations is preferred.
• Experience in scoping projects, supporting sales discussions, and identifying account expansion opportunities is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must currently reside in Canada.
