Associate Director, Radiopharmaceutical Clinical Applications – East Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional clinical application initiatives for radiopharmaceutical products.

• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with KOLs and HCPs within the designated territory.

• Deliver training on product management, administration, and radiation safety, encompassing both initial and refresher sessions.

• Inform centers about preparation and infusion processes, radiopharmaceutical licensing, approved imaging/therapies, and clinical trials.

• Train HCPs to promote the safe and effective utilization of Lantheus products.

• Utilize clinical and technical knowledge to enhance institutional workflows, regional diagnostic imaging practices, treatment protocols, and therapeutic developments.

• Collect insights regarding healthcare provider and patient medical requirements related to both approved and investigational agents.

• Stay updated on imaging methodologies, clinical data, and product information.

• Address and document scientific inquiries regarding approved and investigational products from customers.

• Assist Field Research Initiatives, which include Investigator Sponsored Trials, the Image Library, and Clinical Trials.

• Participate in national congresses and meetings, providing medical and scientific support at booths.

• Adhere to Lantheus SOPs, corporate standards, the US Compliance Code of Conduct, LMI policies, OIG Guidance, PhRMA Code, GCP, HIPAA, and pertinent FDA laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Over 4 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Clinical Application Specialist, or in a similar/relevant role.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in oncology, urology, neurology, or radiopharmaceuticals/medical imaging.

• Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation abilities.

• In-depth understanding of current and emerging trends in Nuclear Medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, and diagnostic imaging.

• Skilled in translating and conveying approved scientific or clinical data into high-quality medical information.

• Proven success in collaborating within a team environment and effectively communicating with management, peers, and cross-functional teams.

• Highly driven with a proven track record of career advancement and accomplishment.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to as well as communicate changes.

• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.

• Must reside near an international airport.
