Associate Director, Promo Medical Education and Training Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee the internal operations of the Certified Training Program (CTP) for Nexplanon.

• Manage CTP activities, which encompass the trainer network, commercially-driven training materials, database oversight, Nexplanontraining.com, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Work in conjunction with medical affairs to ensure CTP content, trainer certification, and training experiences are in line with current labeling and customer requirements.

• Partner with CTP Field Specialists and Sales to assist in the execution of CTP and the implementation of updates.

• Utilize data, feedback, and observations to pinpoint and apply enhancements to CTP processes and capabilities.

• Facilitate communications with Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs leadership concerning program updates and expectations.

• Assist in managing the CTP budget and oversee expenses in accordance with the plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in medical affairs, medical marketing, or medical marketing support functions.

• Capability to make individual contributions to essential marketing execution, including digital initiatives.

• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

• Strong project management and teamwork skills.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to meet travel and credentialing requirements, including any necessary vaccination prerequisites.
