Associate Director – Promo Medical Education and Training Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the internal operations of the Certified Training Program (CTP) for Nexplanon

• Manage the execution and upkeep of the trainer network, commercial-led training materials, database management, Nexplanontraining.com, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Work in partnership with medical affairs to ensure CTP content, trainer certification, and training experiences align with current labeling and customer requirements

• Collaborate with CTP Field Specialists and Sales to facilitate effective CTP execution and the implementation of updates

• Utilize data, feedback, and observations to identify and enact prioritized enhancements to CTP processes and capabilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound communications with Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs leadership concerning program updates and expectations

• Contribute to the CTP budget and manage expenses in accordance with the plan

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs, medical marketing, and medical marketing support functions

• Capability to independently contribute to essential marketing execution, including digital aspects

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities

• Excellent project management and collaboration skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing

• Preferred: background in speaker bureau and/or healthcare professional event planning

• Preferred: experience in promotion execution, including legal, regulatory, and clinical review processes

• Preferred: experience collaborating with sales organizations

• Candidates must reside in the US or Puerto Rico

• Must be able to meet travel and credentialing requirements, including relevant vaccination prerequisites

• A valid driving license is not explicitly required
