This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take responsibility for managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Collaborate effectively across various divisions to ensure the successful delivery of projects/programs within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact between Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal creation.
• Partner with leadership across all functional areas to foster continuous development and enhancement of business processes.
• A university or college degree (preferably in life sciences) or certification in a relevant allied health profession from an accredited institution.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in managing Renal and/or Rare Renal studies is essential for this role.
• Strong leadership abilities along with exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Solid financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; a relationship-builder who can thrive in matrix organizations.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles and their application.
• Expertise in process improvement, particularly as it relates to clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.
