This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Take responsibility for managing multiple projects at the same time.
β’ Collaborate effectively across various divisions to ensure the successful delivery of projects/programs within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
β’ Act as a point of contact between Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal creation.
β’ Partner with leadership across all functional areas to foster continuous development and enhancement of business processes.
β’ A university or college degree (preferably in life sciences) or certification in a relevant allied health profession from an accredited institution.
β’ At least eight (8) years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Proven experience in managing Renal and/or Rare Renal studies is essential for this role.
β’ Strong leadership abilities along with exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Solid financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
β’ Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
β’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; a relationship-builder who can thrive in matrix organizations.
β’ In-depth understanding of project management principles and their application.
β’ Expertise in process improvement, particularly as it relates to clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.
