This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage 1–2 brands while leading project management teams.
• Direct intricate, cross-agency projects for both new and established brands.
• Take ownership of brand-level strategies, long-term timelines, integrated Gantt charts, and multi-channel workflows.
• Direct PM team priorities, ensuring effective delegation and alignment.
• Act as a client partner regarding scopes, budgets, timelines, and operational strategy.
• Supervise workflows and suggest process enhancements.
• Lead annual scopes, change orders, estimates, forecasting, burn tracking, and reconciliation efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and scenario modeling.
• Create executive summaries on financial and risk matters.
• Evaluate resource allocation, address challenges, monitor gaps, and streamline workflows.
• Mentor, coach, onboard, and develop project management talent.
• Serve as a point of escalation for PM and cross-functional teams.
• Balance team workloads and oversee utilization rates.
• Advocate for agency culture and PMO initiatives.
• Contribute to new business efforts through operational insights and planning.
• Incorporate emerging technologies, including early AI-enabled tools, into workflows.
• Communicate key updates to the Director of Project Management.
• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
• Strong skills in budgeting and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of the needs of brands from launch to maturity.
• Experience with websites, email campaigns, speaker programs, social media, digital initiatives, and cross-departmental strategy oversight.
• Ability to manage relationships and align cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp, and Workfront/Ziflow.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
