This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of complete production and project management for flagship accounts, which includes creating and managing budgets, schedules, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and agreed-upon budgets.
• Facilitate client communication, requests, and project specifications directly or through the client servicing team.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships and approvals.
• Assist in leading and mentoring the US project management and video production team.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate metrics related to project delivery, resource management, and team performance.
• Suggest best practices for resource management, project delivery, budgeting, and contracts.
• Propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to process definition.
• Support or lead pitches and RFPs.
• Supervise daily operations across all accounts while ensuring high-quality and profitable creative execution.
• Guide Producers and/or Project Managers across accounts while co-managing the production process, productivity, and profitability.
• Work autonomously on flagship accounts, company initiatives, and special projects.
• Candidates must reside in the United States.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in post-production or project management, whether at a production house or in-house at an agency.
• Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle for multifunctional campaigns and projects.
• Advanced understanding of Design & Motion Graphics as well as post-production processes including Editing, VFX, and Sound.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to implement solutions.
• Experience in team management and resource planning.
• Background in agency or production house environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project and resource management tools, such as Airtable.
• Technical knowledge of production software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with social media is preferred.
• Background in shoot production or 3D production is a plus.
• Availability Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm in any U.S. time zone.
