This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the ongoing advancement of the Intus Revenue Integrity System (IRIS), which serves as Intus Care’s premier product for revenue and risk adjustment services and analytics.
• Take full ownership of the product line and ensure its success.
• Manage the daily operations of the product.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan product releases.
• Strategically assess new feature opportunities.
• Utilize AI independently to explore the codebase and address technical functionality inquiries.
• Lead the development of intricate features, including conducting client discovery sessions and writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
• Suggest build-versus-buy evaluations for managerial consideration.
• Deliver company-wide product updates consistently with minimal oversight.
• Manage client escalations with limited managerial supervision.
• Guide cross-functional stakeholders through changes in applications and their rollout processes.
• Be responsible for the necessary steps to launch new features.
• Recognize potential interdependencies across products.
• Create monthly roadmaps and develop quarterly roadmaps at the pod level.
• Propose product-level quarterly roadmap strategies.
• Establish expectations for direct reports and provide ongoing feedback.
• Offer growth opportunities and career development advice to direct reports.
• 6-8 years of comprehensive Product Management experience, including over 1 year in managing and developing a team.
• Understanding of Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and Risk Adjustment Factor (RAF) score calculations in the Medicare Advantage sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfort in engaging directly with clients, including managing escalations.
• Capability to navigate ambiguous problem environments.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align product decisions with broader business objectives.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Solid grasp of the software product development lifecycle.
• Experience in executing scrum processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and JIRA.
• Previous experience in developing data-intensive front-end analytics applications.
• Experience in building healthcare revenue/RAF analytics products and/or revenue cycle management solutions.
• Familiarity with X12 837/834 EDI standards.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
