This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the development, pricing performance, and operations for the pricing team across Womens, Mens, and Vendor categories.
• Assess and implement pricing strategies and models informed by business analysis and competitive market trends.
• Analyze and present monthly metrics and KPIs, delivering summarized insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and propose actions aimed at driving sales, enhancing efficiency, and safeguarding the consignor experience.
• Evaluate and establish processes and tools that support ongoing improvement.
• Take ownership of pricing initiatives from strategy formulation through to execution.
• Lead educational communications and coordinate pricing initiatives with internal teams.
• Develop and oversee pricing associate managers, associates, and assistants through constructive feedback, training, and coaching.
• Cultivate a collaborative, open, and learning-focused team environment.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merch, Planning, BSA, CR/CS, and other business partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance pricing algorithms and automation solutions.
• Report directly to the Director of Merchandise Pricing Strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated success in merchandising, planning, or a related field within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with G Suite and Looker is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to convey verbal and written information clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly adapt and tackle new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across various departments.
• Comfortable and confident in making data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant change.
