This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Formulate strategies and initiatives that support JazzCares across the Sleep, EMD, and Oncology divisions.
β’ Enhance and implement hub and patient support services strategies.
β’ Collaborate on market trends and spearhead projects to refine strategies and optimize programs.
β’ Design and execute access strategies, programs, tactics, and messaging that align with market access objectives.
β’ Provide seamless, high-touch customer experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
β’ Develop priorities for the hub, including content, navigation tools, and training for commercial meetings and customer-facing teams.
β’ Act as an internal subject matter expert in access services.
β’ Manage access tools, content, and programs like copay assistance, patient assistance, bridge programs, and AFP mitigation.
β’ Create, monitor, and report on KPIs and operational performance metrics.
β’ Participate in professional, provider, and patient advocacy conferences.
β’ Direct vendors and agency partners, including overseeing SLAs and budgets.
β’ Work in conjunction with Field Access and Field Reimbursement teams on workflows, processes, and training.
β’ Prepare executive-level presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews and updates for senior leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Access & Reimbursement, Specialty Trade & Distribution, Brand Marketing, Sales, Field Access, Regulatory, and Patient Advocacy teams.
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred (or an equivalent of directly relevant industry experience may be considered).
β’ 8+ years of progressive experience in patient support services, hub operations, access marketing, or healthcare operations within the biopharmaceutical sector.
β’ Direct experience in supporting specialty and/or rare disease products is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in Sleep medicine, Neuroscience/EMD, or Oncology is strongly preferred.
β’ Strong acumen in Medicare Part D/commercial reimbursement is highly preferred.
β’ Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact projects and strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
β’ Experience managing third-party hub vendors, specialty pharmacies, and creative agencies, including scoping, SLA monitoring, and budget reconciliation.
β’ Ability to influence without authority and to build consensus while collaborating across matrixed organizational teams.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Extensive experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
β’ Strong commitment to enhancing patient access, affordability, and adherence.
β’ Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30% for corporate meetings, vendor visits, and professional/patient conferences.
