This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and/or supervise the development, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other SEM platforms, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Design and execute SEM account structures, forecasting methods, bidding strategies, goal frameworks, and segmentation tactics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Google and Microsoft platform representatives to assess betas, automation features, audience expansion tools, and competitive opportunities.
• Discover new opportunities and develop strategies to leverage them.
• Foster relationships with Google and Microsoft platform teams to stay informed about auction dynamics, product updates, and performance opportunities.
• Act as a key activation lead in important client communications.
• Oversee, review, and carry out daily account responsibilities for the client portfolio.
• Provide updates to the Director on account status and keep the team informed, promptly escalating any issues.
• Ensure precise SEM tracking, conversion tagging, feed integrity, and audience framework implementation prior to launch, collaborating with Ad Operations and Analytics.
• Create and present client-facing materials that showcase thought leadership and professional communication.
• Provide guidance and collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.
• Support SEM reporting dashboards and deliver insights regarding performance, auction behavior, query trends, feed health, and algorithmic learning.
• Work with Finance to address media billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with client budgets while achieving objectives.
• Manage junior staff through training, prioritization, and client deliverables.
• Stay informed about media trends and industry opportunities.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of Paid Search experience required, including direct management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Familiarity with SEM management platforms such as DeepSearch or SA360, or direct execution on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience in leading teams within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Knowledge and application of first- and third-party data.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver work within established deadlines.
• Capability to work effectively with internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management.
• Proficient communication skills for interacting with team members, external media representatives, and current clients.
