📋 Description

• Navigate intricate organizational frameworks to successfully implement OCM solutions.

• Drive business expansion by aiding in proposal creation and client presentations.

• Comply with project governance and reporting standards.

• Work alongside business leaders to grasp change objectives and devise effective adoption strategies.

• Lead and oversee significant OCM initiatives.

• Mentor and guide team members to ensure top-notch OCM delivery.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of OCM methodologies and tools.

• Create and execute impactful communication and training plans.

• Ensure the timely and precise delivery of OCM outputs.

• Recognize and tackle potential resistance to change.

• Assist clients in navigating complex organizational transformations, especially in the technology sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 7 years of OCM experience in consulting, ideally within technology consulting.

• Strong consulting abilities, encompassing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient communication and presentation capabilities.

• Capacity to cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG).
