Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead – Upper Midwest Territory

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and readiness initiatives for product treatment locations.

• Provide education to site stakeholders regarding workflows, system configurations, and operational prerequisites utilizing authorized resources.

• Assist sites in cultivating the operational skills and knowledge necessary for consistent execution of end-to-end treatment.

• Act as the subject matter expert on product operations for designated treatment sites.

• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.

• Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges, managing and resolving them through cross-functional collaboration.

• Work in partnership with oncology field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant interactions.

• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at sites by providing dependable operational support.

• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Compile site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters teams in refining communications, workflows, resources, and educational materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, which includes sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.

• A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.

• A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to establish workflows for complex therapies.

• Capability to function effectively in changing processes, ambiguous situations, and environments with multiple dependencies.

• Strong skills in operational problem-solving, including recognizing process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent steps.

• Ability to foster and cultivate meaningful relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong leadership qualities and the capability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.

• Preferred: Familiarity with complex oncology workflows.

• Preferred: Experience engaging with large oncology systems and navigating various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
