This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the onboarding and readiness assistance for product treatment sites.
β’ Provide education to treatment sites on workflows, system configurations, and operational necessities.
β’ Conduct process-oriented training utilizing approved materials for initial implementation and continuous support.
β’ Assist sites in developing the operational skills and knowledge essential for executing a consistent end-to-end treatment journey.
β’ Act as the operational subject matter expert for the assigned treatment sites regarding the product.
β’ Offer support to sites concerning product processes, operations, and logistics.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for operational challenges.
β’ Assess and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established procedures.
β’ Partner with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure compliant interactions and consistent site experiences.
β’ Establish trust-based relationships with operational leaders at the sites.
β’ Utilize company-generated analytics and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
β’ Integrate site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters teams in enhancing communications, workflows, resources, and education.
β’ Aid in the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.
β’ A bachelor's degree is a must.
β’ At least 5 years of pertinent experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
β’ A solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
β’ A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
β’ Capability to function effectively in changing processes, uncertain pathways, and environments with numerous dependencies.
β’ Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including the identification of process friction points, diagnosis of root causes, and coordination of subsequent steps.
β’ Ability to cultivate and nurture significant customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license.
β’ Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
β’ Preferred: experience with complex oncology workflows.
β’ Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
