
Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead β Northwest Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process and readiness support for product treatment locations.
β’ Instruct treatment sites on their workflows, system configurations, and operational prerequisites.
β’ Provide education focused on processes utilizing approved resources.
β’ Assist sites in building operational capabilities and ensuring consistent execution of the complete treatment journey.
β’ Act as the operational subject matter expert for the assigned treatment locations.
β’ Offer support concerning product processes, operations, and logistics.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for any operational challenges.
β’ Triage and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established processes.
β’ Work alongside oncology field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant engagement.
β’ Foster trusted relationships with operational leaders at treatment sites.
β’ Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics.
β’ Identify areas for operational enhancement.
β’ Compile site feedback and process insights for headquarters teams.
β’ Assist in improving communications, operational workflows, resources, and educational materials.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including roles in sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
β’ A strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
β’ A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
β’ Capability to function effectively in ambiguous environments with changing processes, unclear pathways, and numerous dependencies.
β’ Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including pinpointing process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent steps.
β’ Ability to establish and nurture significant customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in interacting with individuals from diverse cultures and disciplines.
β’ Strong leadership capabilities.
β’ Ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies.
β’ Preferred: experience dealing with complex oncology workflows.
β’ Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
