
Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead – Florida Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the onboarding process and readiness support for product treatment sites.
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflows, system configuration, and operational prerequisites.
• Deliver education focused on processes, utilizing approved resources for implementation and ongoing assistance.
• Assist sites in enhancing their capabilities and knowledge for consistent execution of product processes from start to finish.
• Act as the subject matter expert for product operations at designated treatment sites.
• Offer support related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the main contact for operational challenges, managing and resolving issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Work together with oncology field teams to facilitate coordinated and compliant engagement.
• Foster trusted relationships with operational leaders at treatment sites.
• Utilize company data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Integrate site feedback and process insights to enhance communication, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven experience collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in “white space” environments characterized by evolving processes, ambiguous paths, and multiple dependencies.
• Strong skills in operational problem-solving, including the ability to identify process friction points, diagnose root causes, and coordinate subsequent actions.
• Proficiency in establishing meaningful customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across various cultures and disciplines.
• Strong leadership abilities and a knack for collaboration within cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience working with large oncology systems and diverse stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
• Candidates must reside within the specified Florida geographic territory.
