
Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead β Atlanta Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
β’ Lead the onboarding process and provide readiness support for product treatment sites.
β’ Educate stakeholders at the site on workflows, system configurations, and operational requirements using approved materials.
β’ Assist treatment sites in enhancing their operational capabilities and ensuring consistent execution throughout the end-to-end treatment journey.
β’ Act as the operational subject matter expert for the assigned treatment sites.
β’ Offer support regarding product processes, operations, and logistics.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for operational concerns, triage issues, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
β’ Collaborate with oncology field teams to ensure compliant engagement and consistent experiences at the site.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at treatment sites.
β’ Utilize company data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
β’ Integrate site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters in enhancing communications, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
β’ Provide support for accounts throughout the Atlanta area, covering Georgia and South Carolina.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including roles in sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
β’ A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
β’ A proven history of collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
β’ Capability to function effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies.
β’ Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including the identification of process friction, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
β’ Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures and disciplines.
β’ Strong leadership and collaborative skills in matrix organizations.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
β’ Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and engaging multiple stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
β’ Candidates must reside within the designated Atlanta area, including Georgia and South Carolina.
