This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the onboarding process and readiness assistance for product treatment sites.
• Provide education to treatment sites on workflows, system configuration, and operational prerequisites.
• Deliver education focused on processes using approved materials for both initial implementation and ongoing assistance.
• Assist sites in developing the operational skills and knowledge necessary for consistent end-to-end execution.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for designated treatment sites.
• Offer support concerning product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational concerns.
• Manage and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established processes.
• Partner with oncology field teams to facilitate coordinated and compliant engagement.
• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at the sites.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Integrate site feedback and process insights to assist headquarters in refining communications, workflows, resources, and training.
• Provide support to accounts located in the North California region.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including roles in sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Documented success in working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in dynamic processes, ambiguous situations, and environments with numerous dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Proficient in building and nurturing significant customer relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
