This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and investments through effective sales execution.
• Negotiate and finalize deals that align with the company's vision.
• Lead sales initiatives for designated territories or verticals, including planning, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and strategic analysis.
• Independently execute sales of Crystal software and services, as well as collaborate within a small team.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance revenue growth and optimize profitability.
• Take ownership of sales targets, projections, and revenue achievements for assigned territories or verticals.
• Collaborate with internal business and technology stakeholders, along with third parties, to build the sales pipeline and deliver services effectively.
• Oversee sales, customer success, and marketing systems and tools, with SFDC serving as the central hub.
• Assist leadership in analyzing pipeline, forecasts, retention, KPIs, and sales/customer success strategies.
• Work together with Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance MQL generation and the post-sales experience.
• Review and enhance business process efficiency.
• Represent Crystal at industry events and public meetings as necessary.
• Execute KPIs that align with executive management's objectives.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS Sales.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with and experience in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
• Capability to work independently and hands-on while showcasing strong leadership qualities.
• Initiative and innovative problem-solving skills coupled with a positive "can do" mindset.
• Proficient in presenting and selling to C-level customers and partners.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
• High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability for decisions made.
• Exceptional oral communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse cultures and perspectives.
• Adaptable to working in a global organization with team members across various time zones and regions.
