This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Conduct research, design, and implement scalable people systems, policies, and resources.
• Anticipate future people and operational priorities as the Watson Institute expands.
• Lead organizational initiatives, including professional development planning, management training, and workplace culture presentations.
• Define an outstanding contractor experience and establish standards for contractor engagement and support.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to pinpoint operational challenges and translate solutions into actionable systems.
• Create polished, detailed, visually appealing guides, playbooks, and resources using Canva or similar platforms.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute All Team Meetings.
• Work alongside the CEO & Founder and COO & Co-Founder to design and facilitate Town Hall Meetings.
• Coordinate team engagement initiatives, volunteering opportunities, and culture-building activities.
• Assist with special projects, including candidate sourcing, application evaluation, exploratory calls, interviews, and other high-priority initiatives.
• Report directly to the COO & Co-Founder.
• Eager to be part of a team with exceptionally high standards for quality and excellence.
• Possess an exceptional eye for visual design and meticulous attention to words, style, formatting, and talking points.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management abilities.
• Intentional and systematic working style with a knack for establishing processes.

• High integrity and the ability to make sensitive and critical judgment calls.
• Proven experience in building and implementing systems and processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and escalate issues when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to transition between various projects and disciplines.
• Systems-oriented and highly organized approach to work.
• Curious and resourceful in researching unfamiliar challenges and evaluating best practices.
• Enthusiastic about designing and leading engaging internal presentations and team sessions.
• Experience in designing polished, visually compelling decks, policy documents, and resources using Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
• Essential skills: Mastery in research, email proficiency, swift follow-up, and familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
• Must reside in PA, GA, FL, ME, DC, SC, or MD.
• Must fulfill employment eligibility verification through E-Verify.
