
Associate Director, Neuroscience Priority Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +2 more states.
β’ Advocate for institutional support to facilitate the adoption of formulary and the proper utilization of approved neuroscience products.
β’ Establish collaborative partnerships with leaders across key priority accounts and associated health systems.
β’ Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts that have been identified.
β’ Formulate and carry out both short- and long-term engagement plans with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
β’ Recognize evidence gaps in product and disease education through discussions with thought leaders.
β’ Collaborate with administrative, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to enhance care pathways, treatment protocols, and workflow solutions.
β’ Utilize understanding of market dynamics, access models, and reimbursement trends to guide strategic decisions.
β’ Develop customized, institution-specific plans in collaboration with local partners.
β’ Lead cross-functional teams to synchronize strategies, revise business plans, and meet product objectives within priority accounts.
β’ Conduct needs assessments and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
β’ Foster innovative solutions and explore new business opportunities.
β’ Complete all required initial training, including home study, during the designated training period.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with extensive, geographically diverse teams.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on translating strategy into execution.
β’ More than 3 years of experience managing complex accounts, including large academic institutions and hospitals, with a proven track record in strategic account management.
β’ Recent experience in the US within the last 5 years, with a deep understanding of US healthcare ecosystems.
β’ Proven customer knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, healthcare ecosystem insight, strong business acumen, and proficiency in technology/digital engagement.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment across various functions.
β’ Must reside within the territory or be within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 100 miles from the territory border.
β’ Willingness to travel 60β80% across a wide geographical area.
β’ Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
β’ Must possess a valid and unrestricted driverβs license.

β’ Compliance with customer credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination.
β’ Previous experience engaging with designated neuroscience accounts and fostering collaborative relationships is desirable.
β’ Experience in at least two cross-functional areas such as Marketing, Medical, Market Access & Reimbursement, or Sales Leadership is preferred.
