Associate Director, MedTech Delivery, Customer Success

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive delivery oversight for intricate, high-value MedTech accounts involving multiple stakeholders.

• Showcase the complete range of IQVIA™ information assets provided to clients, which includes national and sub-national patient claims, channel, and specialty offerings.

• Establish and oversee delivery governance frameworks, incorporating service levels, KPIs, issue escalation processes, and change management protocols.

• Ensure that contractual deliveries adhere to standards of quality, precision, and timeliness.

• Lead quarterly business and information reviews with senior client stakeholders.

• Act as the primary custodian of customer satisfaction and proactively address any arising issues.

• Resolve initial service issues and coordinate secondary support with internal teams.

• Collaborate with IQVIA Centers of Excellence on data events, product improvements, and governance updates.

• Work alongside Sales, Consulting, Delivery, and Solution Specialists to bolster customer initiatives and achieve revenue objectives.

• Engage in information proposals, work orders, and contract renewals.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client utilization of existing information services and support new use cases that drive additional revenue.

• Travel approximately 20-25% as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident in the same country as the job location.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5-8+ years of experience in account management, delivery management, project management, or other related client-facing roles.

• Previous experience working with MedTech customers is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with IQVIA™ offerings, commercial data assets, and healthcare analytics environments is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in managing complex accounts and functioning effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20-25%.

• Proficiency in Client and Account Management.

• Expertise in Delivery Governance and Issue Management.

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities.

• Skills in Negotiation and Relationship Building.

• Capability to coordinate across Sales, Delivery, and technical teams.
