This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Inspire, guide, mentor, develop, and retain a diverse group of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Directly oversee a regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts.
• Enhance access and fulfillment impact for patients initiating or continuing therapy.
• Formulate both short- and long-term strategic plans and manage the execution of associated tactics.
• Foster a team culture, promote accountability, manage FRM performance, and accomplish team objectives.
• Mentor FRMs to leverage data insights and account management skills to overcome access barriers.
• Assist in identifying and resolving patient challenges related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, AOB, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
• Cultivate relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and other departments.
• Operate in the field with minimal oversight.
• Manage and allocate the budget in accordance with team objectives.
• Comply with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare business is required.
• Proficient understanding of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
• Minimum of 3 years in direct people management.
• Proven leadership abilities and successful performance in previous roles.
• A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States is required.
• Must reside within the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
• Experience within the Neuroscience disease state is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing customer-focused strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Background in the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
• A commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, is preferred.
• Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
