This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Inspire, guide, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
β’ Directly oversee a regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports.
β’ Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts.
β’ Enhance access and fulfillment for patients initiating or continuing therapy.
β’ Formulate both short- and long-term strategic plans and manage the execution of associated tactics.
β’ Realize district vision, foster team culture, drive accountability, manage FRM performance, cultivate customer relationships, and meet team objectives.
β’ Mentor FRMs to utilize data insights and account management skills to overcome access barriers.
β’ Assist in identifying and resolving access and fulfillment challenges related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
β’ Establish relationships and collaborate with Sales District Managers, SCG, Franchise Marketing, Brand, and other internal and external partners.
β’ Operate in the field with minimal oversight.
β’ Manage and distribute budget in accordance with team goals.
β’ Promote communication across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales.
β’ Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within the PECS organization.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is mandatory.
β’ An MBA or another relevant graduate degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare business is required.
β’ Familiarity with account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in direct people management.
β’ Proven leadership skills and a track record of performance success in previous positions.
β’ A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
β’ Must reside within the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
β’ Experience with Neuroscience disease states is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications are preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, high-profile business situations.
β’ Experience in creating and implementing customer-focused strategies.
β’ Capability to effectively collaborate across functional areas in a matrix environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market.
β’ A demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application of new tools over time is preferred.
β’ Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
