This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee, develop, and directly supervise a team of Field Reimbursement Managers responsible for access and fulfillment tasks.
• Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy throughout the Central region.
• Equip healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with the necessary information, tools, and resources to assist patients in starting and continuing their therapy.
• Enhance communication across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales.
• Inspire, mentor, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Formulate both short- and long-term strategic plans and oversee the execution of associated tactics.
• Cultivate team culture, enforce accountability, manage FRM performance, establish customer relationships, and meet team objectives.
• Guide FRMs in utilizing data insights and account-management skills to overcome access challenges.
• Assist in identifying and resolving patient access and fulfillment challenges, including Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, AOB, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit issues.
• Build trust-based relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners.
• Operate in the field with minimal supervision.
• Manage and allocate the budget in accordance with team goals.
• Perform duties in compliance with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Report to the Field Director of Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare business-related roles is required.
• Strong understanding of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy-and-bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of success in previous roles.
• A valid Driver's License issued in one of the 50 United States.
• Must reside within the designated geography or be open to relocating there.
• Experience in the neuroscience disease-state is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications are preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within the Neuroscience therapeutic market is a plus.
• A commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies, such as AI, is preferred.
• Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment, is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Eligibility for long-term incentive programs.
• Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year; Colorado residents: 48 hours; Washington residents: 56 hours.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays: 13 days per calendar year.

• Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
