This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee, develop, and manage a team of Field Reimbursement Managers responsible for access and fulfillment across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts.
β’ Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy.
β’ Provide healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with essential information, tools, and resources to assist patients in initiating and maintaining therapy.
β’ Promote communication among Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales.
β’ Inspire, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of up to 10 direct reports.
β’ Formulate both short- and long-term strategic plans and oversee the execution of associated tactics.
β’ Reinforce district vision, cultivate team culture, drive accountability, manage FRM performance, build customer relationships, and reach team objectives.
β’ Guide FRMs in utilizing data insights and account management skills to overcome access barriers.
β’ Assist in identifying and resolving access and fulfillment challenges related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
β’ Establish relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners while operating in the field with minimal oversight.
β’ Manage and allocate budget in accordance with team goals.
β’ Fulfill responsibilities in compliance with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
β’ Report to the Field Director of Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
β’ Travel up to 75% of the time.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is mandatory.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in a healthcare-related business is required.
β’ Understanding of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience.
β’ Proven leadership capabilities and successful performance in previous positions.
β’ A valid Driver's License from one of the 50 United States is required.
β’ Must reside within the region or be willing to relocate.
β’ Experience in the Neuroscience disease state is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications are preferred.
β’ Experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies is preferred.
β’ Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional matrix environment is preferred.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
β’ Familiarity with the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
β’ A commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, is preferred.
β’ Experience in fostering team AI literacy and confidence, promoting trusted and responsible AI usage, and sound judgment is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required.
