This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
β’ Establish and maintain enduring scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
β’ Conduct KOL and treatment center mapping along with scientific profiling.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for company-sponsored clinical trials, real-world studies, managed access programs, and investigator-initiated studies.
β’ Collaborate on the creation of the US Medical Plan and execute regional key initiatives.
β’ Strategize and implement medical engagement for designated customers within a specific territory.
β’ Collect insights regarding healthcare professional (HCP) educational requirements to inform medical strategy.
β’ Formulate a regional medical action plan that aligns with global and national medical objectives.
β’ Assist with scientific publications and patient-centered activities.
β’ Represent Pierre Fabre Medical Affairs in the field for the Medical Innovative Oncology portfolio.
β’ Act as the scientific resource for HCP inquiries and clinical trial information.
β’ Provide medical and scientific support to internal teams.
β’ Review promotional and non-promotional materials for medical accuracy when necessary.
β’ Assist internal Medical functions while adhering to Medical Affairs protocols.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as required by the organization.
β’ Advanced degree in life sciences (such as PharmD, PhD, or MD).
β’ At least 3 years of experience in MSL, Medical Affairs, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
β’ Preferred experience with established relationships with KOLs and institutions in the field of Hematologic Malignancies.
β’ Strong clinical and scientific knowledge in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
β’ Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization involving multiple stakeholders.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with a capacity to build and maintain credible relationships with HCPs.
β’ Capability to comprehend HCP needs and communicate emerging scientific information effectively.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency in delivering lectures and training sessions on medical science topics.
β’ Proficient in working independently, managing various projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
β’ Skillful in designing and facilitating medical meetings to encourage peer-to-peer dialogues.
β’ Adhere to high ethical standards and demonstrate recognized personal integrity.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of relevant ethics and compliance standards within the industry.
β’ Residency in the designated territory.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license.
β’ Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.
